The Lord is a Time Lord (created by DJ Tyrer). In the expanded fictional universe of Doctor Who, he is the archenemy (and cousin) of Alban. He could often be found working alongside Professor Luthborg. Later, he joined Faction Paradox and assisted Cousin Celephais in the theft of the White Fist, as well as attacking Anna Corn.
